Programs

Classes by age and belt

Every class bows in, warms up, practices kicks and blocks, works on a pattern and bows out. What changes is the pace and the pad work.

  • Small children holding a wide stance and laughing with their instructor

    Ages 4 to 6

Short classes built from games, stances and the first kicks. Students learn to bow in, wait for the count and take turns on the pads.

    • 30-minute classes

    • Up to 12 students

    • White to yellow belt

  • A boy in glasses holding a stance while his coach shows the position

    Ages 7 to 12

Patterns, kicks and partner drills on pads. Students from green belt up begin light-contact sparring in gear, body only.

    • 45-minute classes

    • Up to 12 students

    • All belts

  • Teenagers performing a form in unison while their coach watches

    Teens and adults

Evening and Saturday classes for older students: patterns, kicking combinations and gear work. A family class on Friday lets a parent and child train side by side.

    • 60-minute classes

    • Up to 16 students

    • All belts

Weekday afternoons
